TRICERATOPS HATCHLING

So far, fossil babies of this species have not been found but, as reptiles, it's very likely that all dinosaurs hatched from eggs; it's also possible that parent animals would care for the hatchlings until they could fend for themselves.

Ceratopsian dinosaurs like Triceratops are now known to have lived in herds, and newly hatched members would probably have received a considerable amount of attention and protection from their parents.
