T.
REX SKULL
First
discovered by paleontologist Barnum Brown in Montana's Hell
Creek Formation in 1903, Tyrannosaurus rex is probably the
world's most well-known dinosaur. Armed with formidable jaws
lined with six-inch long teeth, an adult T.rex could easily
have scared smaller predators away from their kills, in addition
to actively hunting or scavenging for itself. Reaching lengths
of 45 feet and an estimated living weight of four to six
tons, T.rex is the largest terrestrial predator found so
far.
Dimensions:
1-3/8" tall x 1-1/2" long.
